NControl Gold provides the functionality to create, edit and implement a sequence of video related events in an easy to use graphical form. NControl Gold can be as simple as controlling the single output of a video server or can expand to 'full blown' automation. Control multiple machines, routers, master control switchers. Implement multiple events, effects and many other features. The NControl Gold schedule is event driven, which is to say, it implements one event then the next, the next and so on. For Time Driven Scheduled Automation please visit the NTime Gold page. All NVerzion applications are configurable in both function and form and we can all but guarantee that we can create the exact scheduling tool that you are looking for.
The above graphic shows a full implementation of NControl Gold-MC (Master Control). The GUI on the lower left would be an example of a simple single machine, such as a port on a video server, play list. The one on the lower right has more machines to control, effects, GPOs, etc. All three applications are actually the same, just configured differently. NVerzion charges accordingly based on functionality
The following describes the individual elements. Starting with the basics and continuing through all the features shown in top example.
The NControl Gold Schedule is a series of events that are scheduled by the user to get the desired presentation. Configurable columns allow you to choose the look and feel. Display Status, Sources, Start Mode, Duration, Time, Timecode, Effects, Continue / Joined events, Meta-Data and other information. Supported Start Modes include Manual, Follow, Absolute and Trigger.
The Timeline provides a graphical look at the schedule. Updated every second the look not only gives you an idea of what is going to play, but the duration. Missing material is indicated in a warning color.
The upper set of configurable buttons are used for edit buttons. The bottom three allow you to Cue the selected event, Play the currently cued event or stop the currently playing event,
The eight 'lights' at the bottom indicate the status of the 8 GPIs and the 4 'lights' on the right are indicating the status of the first 4 Relays. The text box indicates the communication status with a Master Control. All are configurable
A variety of status windows keep you informed about relevant times, Schedule information, Database status, Router status and general information
An optional Video Monitor window gives you the ability to view the On Air, the Preview or what ever you want. This feature does require additional hardware. There is a limitation to the number of low-res encoders that a single computer can support.
