NStantRePlay Silver gives you the power to start a record on a video server, dynamically create low res thumbnails of the recordings and choose where you want to start playing by clicking the thumbnail and playing video from that point of time. Thumbnails are taken every second and displayed in a configurable number of buttons, up to 256. After all the buttons are taken, NStantReplaySilver starts again in the upper left corner overwriting the oldest thumbnail. An indicator tells you which button is the most current one.
Recording is really simple. At run time you must give the clip a name. When ready click the Record button and the software automatically starts recording on the video server while generating, and displaying, the thumbnails. When you see a frame that you want to play from, just click it. Servers take anywhere from 1 second to 5 second to ready, this is manufacturer dependent, when ready the clip starts playing. Jog and shuttle, as well as other machine control options, are available.
A list of the start points you have played is kept in the Recent List, in case you might want to go back to that point of the game, or event, at a later time. All thumbnails are kept in a special file that can be accessed from the Open button. This gives you the power to go back to any point in the record and start playing from there.
